SMBT educational trust which was first founded in the year 1984 with a vision to provide medical education to students and help ailing people in need through its multi-specialty charitable hospital.
Well, SMBT trust has been growing since day one. It has been striving and working hard to educate students and provide cost-effective medical care to the ailing. With that being said, today SMBT has established more number of schools, institutions and hospitals than it already did in the past.
Before we take a look at the swift and monumental success of SMBT with the inception of its new and current schools, research centers and hospitals, here is a tip for the day.
"Reading is to the mind what exercise is to the body"
Today SMBT has broadened its horizons in the domain of medical education with one of the finest #MBBS colleges in Maharashtra, a dental college, a separate institute for pharma, a nursing college and an Ayurveda institute.
Speaking about the medical college, the SMBT college of Medical Sciences and Research Centre located in Nandihills, Dhamangaon-Ghoti, Tal. Igatpuri, Dist. Nashik conducts four-year undergraduate course in Bachelor Medicine & Bachelor Surgeon ( M.B.B.S ) recognized by Medical Council of India, New Delhi & affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. The students out here are trained to become competent medical professionals with principals of selfless service and dedication to the greater good.
Another addition to the SMBT educational trust family was the new Jayhind Tribal Schoollocated in Kolwade village. The school was set-up with one goal in mind and that was to educate, empower and emancipate students to help them lead fruitful lives. This was nothing but another noble act by SMBT in order to give something back to the society.
So as you can see, SMBT trust has grown significantly over the years or some might even say has outgrown itself to become a philanthropic trust that constantly aids the betterment and development of rural people.
