SMBT professor authors a Biochemistry Book

SMBT takes an immense pleasure to announce that Dr. Pankaja Naik, a professor and HOD of Biochemistry department, has authored 2 Biochemistry books which are soon going to be used for medical courses.

• Dr. Pankaja Naik, a Professor at SMBT and a recognized postgraduate teacher of Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik.
• She has a professional experience of more than 25 years in various medical Institutions.
• She was a recognized postgraduate teacher for DNB and College of Physicians and Surgeons (CPS), Mumbai.

Honours:

Dr. Pankaja Naik is an academician who has authored 2 books on Biochemistry and turned one of the most toughest of subjects into an easy and interesting one. The protein structure, the biochemical pathways, the structure of Ribosomal proteins and all the other chemical and physico-chemical processes have been explained in much detail.

The biochemistry books that are authored by her have been published nationally and internationally by Jaypee Brothers.

2. “ESSENTIALS of BIOCHEMISTRY”

Both these books have been approved by MUHS and other Deemed universities for the course of MBBS, BDS, BPTh, BOTh and Nursing.
