The institute is being developed as a centre of excellence in health education and research in consideration of advances in health care systems and the role of Health professionals in these systems. Emphasis would be given to both curricular and extracurricular activities contributing to overall development of students.

NEW PG HOSTEL:

The recent addition to the list is: “New PG Hostel at SMBT Dental College!” The college witnessed the inauguration for the same by the hands of Hon’ble MLA Balasaheb Thorat and Hon’ble MLC Dr Sudhir Tambe. The new PG hostel will offer the best of amenities to the current students pursuing MDS in the various fields. Catering to the student needs and providing them with utmost comfort reinstates the SMBT motto of "STUDENT FIRST"

About SMBT

The SMBT medical college conducts four-year undergraduate course in Bachelor Medicine & Bachelor Surgeon (MBBS) recognized by Medical Council of India, New Delhi & affiliated to Maharashtra University of Health Sciences, Nashik. The development activity of medical division is supervised & regularized by Dr. Vidya P. Paranjape, Dean having 21 years of qualitative experience in the medical sphere.

The SMBT institute offers Post-Graduate degree in the faculties of Endodontics, Prosthodontics, Periodontics, Pedodontics, Orthodontics, Oral Medicine & Radiology and Oral Pathology.
