Bananas help overcome depression due to high levels of tryptophan, which is converted into serotonin-the happy-mood brain neurotransmitter. Eat two bananas before a strenuous workout to pack an energy punch and sustain your blood sugar. Improves  mood and reduces PMS symptoms and produces stress-relieving relaxation.

4. Bones and Vision:
Bananas may not be overflowing with Calcium but they help in building bone strength and are also good for the eyes.

Incorporate bananas in your diet:
Bananas are easy to add to your diet because not only they are incredibly healthy but also one of the most convenient snack foods around. Bananas make a great addition to breakfast yogurt, cereal or smoothie and can also be used instead of sugar in baking and cooking. Furthermore, bananas rarely contain any pesticides or pollutants, due to their thick protective peel.
