Career options after Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery.

An ancient system of medicine, which traces its roots back to the Vedic times, Ayurveda stresses on holistic health, which not only provides soothing and curative medicines but also plays a vital role in prevention of recurring diseases. According to Ayurveda, all ailments are understood as imbalance between three elements of the human body Kapha, Pitta and Vata. These elements are commonly called as Doshas in Ayurvedic terminology. Kapha means Phlegm (water and earth), Pitta means Bile (fire and water) and Vata means wind (air and space). The technique of Ayurveda allows you to indulge in natural healing capabilities of human body and nature. However, one cannot expect a speedy recovery, because it takes a little longer than conventional allopathic treatments. It’s an all-encompassing technique which requires changes in diet, lifestyle and habits.
